The historic Kress building, which has been renamed the I. Alfred Rosenbaum building, is undergoing extensive renovations. Unicorp is working with Probity Contracting Group to manage the construction of this historic building. Once renovations are complete, the building will house the university’s newest degree program in kinesiology with a clinical exercise physiology concentration. The building will also house state-of-the-art laboratories and classrooms as well as a new library The building is expected to open in time for the 2016 spring semester.
